About TeleIRC
RITlug TeleIRC is a NodeJS implementation of a Telegram <=> IRC bridge. TeleIRC works with any IRC channel and Telegram group. It bridges messages between a Telegram group and an IRC channel.

History
TeleIRC is a chat bridge created to help keep up with irc channels, specifically around the RIT Linux Users Group. It is now used by a number of different organizations and the development has been turned over to the RIT Linux User Group since my graduation.
There is currently an additional effort to port everything to the Go programming language, and many features have been added since my initial version.
